Garden City Cafe now Rusty Hook Tavern

Han Garden, began his journey as a chef by learning from his father who owned several restaurants in Greenwich Village, New York, and Oceanside, Long Island. He has been cooking for 38 years at restaurants such as Carmine's Gourmet Market, Coal Fire Pizza, CG Burgers, Noche Nightclub, and Carmine's Ocean Grill.

He decided to return to his origins and create his own restaurant, where he could delight people with his culinary creations.
